The concierge was incredibly helpful in securing hard-to-get restaurant reservations.
The lounge area was uncomfortably warm and lacked sufficient air circulation.

A delightful stay in Recoleta
Waking up to an exquisite breakfast made our mornings special. The hotel's warm staff made us feel right at home, always ready with snacks and smiles.
However, the room showing some age and the lack of air circulation in the lounge area were minor drawbacks. Despite this, we felt comfortable throughout our stay.

Had an amazing time staying with friends! We enjoyed some breathtaking views and played tennis on their fantastic courts. The staff was friendly, offering great service, which really enhanced our experience. Plus, the location is super convenient to explore nearby attractions.
The furniture in the room is a bit outdated and worn, which could use an upgrade.

Incredible stay with exceptional service
We had an amazing time at this boutique hotel. The location is perfect, in a safe and quiet area, and the amenities exceeded our expectations, including a generous mini-bar and daily snacks. The staff, especially Rodrigo and Franco, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. My only downside was that the bed was slightly too high for my liking.
